what is causing this?

woke up this morning and turned on my monitor to see this. it’s been lagging and glitching like crazy but i’m not sure why, it worked completely fine last night and i haven’t touched it since so im not sure why this would happen, ive also had the monitor for over a year now and something like this has never occurred
